1. Introduction

This Credit Expiry & Refund Policy explains how lead credits are purchased, stored, used, and managed within Sales Lido Ai. By purchasing credits or using paid platform features, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Credit Purchases

Sales Lido Ai operates using a prepaid credit system. Credits may be purchased through the platform and used to access eligible premium features and services.

Purchased credits are allocated to your account following successful payment processing and billing verification.

3. Credit Usage

Credits may be consumed when accessing paid functionality, generating leads, enriching business data, using outreach tools, or utilising other premium platform features.

The number of credits required for specific features may change as the platform evolves. Any such changes will be reflected within the platform at the time of use.

4. Credit Expiry

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active and in good standing.

Sales Lido Ai reserves the right to introduce future expiry periods for promotional, bonus, trial, or complimentary credits. Any such expiry conditions will be clearly disclosed when those credits are awarded.

5. Non-Transferable Credits

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, or transferred between accounts unless expressly authorised by Sales Lido Ai.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of lead credits and the immediate allocation of platform resources following purchase, credit purchases are generally non-refundable.

Once credits have been allocated to an account, they are considered delivered and available for use.

7. Exceptional Refund Requests

Sales Lido Ai may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically entitle a user to retain purchased credits or continued platform access.

Accounts subject to payment disputes may be suspended while the matter is investigated and resolved.

9. Billing Records

Sales Lido Ai maintains billing records, transaction histories, credit allocation records, and invoice records for operational, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

10. Policy Updates

Sales Lido Ai may update this Credit Expiry & Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
